Returns & Exchange

We want you to love our products and enjoy your shopping experience with us. If you change your mind about the products you have purchased, we will exchange those products subject to the following conditions:
- contact our customer service via email uae@mytrendyroom.com within 30 days of receipt of product.
- Items must be exchanged within 30 days
- The exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed otherwise unused with original tags, label attached or in its original packaging, and in the condition you received them.

If 30 days have gone by since you receive the purchase, unfortunately products will not be exchanged.

Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged:
- Books,
- Gift cards,
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error,
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Credit note issuance:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or issuance of a credit note.
Refund will be processed only when faulty product has been shipped. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank account, within a certain amount of days.
Cancellation:
Orders online may be cancelled within 24 hours since the order is placed or prior to order confirmation by email, text, or phone confirmation by My Trendy Room. Sales representative. Order cancellation may be confirmed by the customer through email, or through direct phone call with My Trendy Room representative.
Refunds:
We do not issue any REFUNDS.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank customer service, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of these and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at uae@mytrendyroom.com.

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately on-sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at uae@mytrendyroom.com


Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be free of charge.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
